How to remove white cream (mime face makeup)?

I know water can remove it. But what else can I use in order to take it off faster…. THANKS!

An oil based product should work, something like ponds cold cream or try olive oil.

Will the Yankees win again on Halloween?

Last time the Yankees won on Halloween was way back in 2001 when Derek Jeter hit a dramatic home run in the tenth to win Game 4.

I don’t care because both teams are bad. Go Red Sox
Jeff | Oct 31, 2009

Yes.

A first grade teacher explains to her class that she is a Boston Red Sox fan. She asks her students to raise their hands if they were Red Sox fans, too.

Not really knowing what a Red Sox fan was, but wanting to be like their teacher, hands explode into the air. There is, however, one exception. A girl named Lucy has not gone along with the crowd.

The teacher asks her why she has decided to be different. "Because I’m not a Red Sox fan."

"Then," asks the teacher, "what are you?"

"Why I’m proud to be a Yankees fan.", boasts the little girl.

The teacher is a little perturbed now, her face slightly red. She asks Lucy why she is a Yankees fan.

"Well, My Dad and Mom are Yankees fans, and I’m a Yankees fan, too!"

The teacher is now angry. "That’s no reason," she says loudly. "What if your mom was a moron, and your dad was a moron, What would you be then?"

A pause, and a smile. "Then," says Lucy, "I’d be a Red Sox fan."

ROFL at Party Up’s Story. To answer the question, It would be really cool if the Yankees win again on Halloween. LETS GO YANKS!!

What can i add to my hippie halloween costume?

My friend and i are being hippies and we need more ideas. here’s what we have so far:
tye-dye shirts with peace signs on them
flare jeans
glasses from the ’60s
peace sign jewelry

**We have no idea what to wear for shoes. Also, we’d like to hear any other ideas you have to add to our costume. Thanks!!**

I was gonna be a hippie for Halloween, but I wasn’t 100% positive on what I wanted to do, so I’m just gonna be a nerd. :)
But! I was gonna wear a tie-dye shirt with a flowery vest over it, bell bottoms, a bandanna or headband, peace sign jewelry, and gladiator sandals! :]

Good luck!

At&t Service Question???

at At&t when you look at phones online and it says $30 month data service? or $20 month messenging service? is it extra a month?
what is exactly?
and if i have unlimited everything for $100 a month will this make my bill more?

What are you reading, or what was the last thing (fiction or non-) that you read?

I am reading "American Eve," by Paula Uruburu. It’s the story of Evelyn Nesbit, because of whom Harry K. Thaw murdered, very much in public, a famous architect named Stanford White. It would make a great movie!!! This all happened over a hundred years ago. Decadence is nothing new to America.

I’m reading a book for an upcoming class called "Let Your Life Speak: Voice and Vocation" by Parker Palmer. Very painful book to read–in a good way. So far what I’ve gotten out of it is that you need to find out what YOU are meant to do, not what others think you should do with your life. He says that many people early on follow other people’s desires for their lives and eventually–hopefully–figure out what they are meant to do. That’s where I am in my life now, and I hope the book gives direction on how to make the necessary changes.

Jay-Z, Keys take center stage in Bronx

30.10.09

While Yankees infielder Ramiro Pena caught the entire performance on videotape, cameras panned to pitcher Joba Chamberlain bobbing his head and closer Mariano Rivera watching in wonderment.

“I think it’s special for all of New York,” Yankees captain Derek Jeter said of the hit song which is on Jay-Z’s album “The Blueprint 3″ and doubles as Jeter’s at-bat music.

“I think it almost seems like it’s the anthem for New York right now,” Jeter added. “I got an opportunity to get to know Jay-Z throughout the years and he’s very, very talented doing a lot of things. But he knows what he’s doing, so I think New York has kind of embraced that song.”

Jay-Z, a multi-platinum hip-hop artist and businessman, is a familiar sight at Yankee Stadium and has been photographed in a Yankees hat for magazine photo shoots and on album covers. When the rapper — decked in a Yankees hat and jacket — uttered the line in the song that mentions his beloved baseball team, the crowd let out a resounding cheer.

“As a die-hard Yankees fan, I’m honored to perform a song that celebrates the greatness of New York in one of our city’s most important landmarks, Yankee Stadium,” Jay-Z said in a press release.

Following the performance, fans started “Let’s Go Yankees” chants, quieting only when Jeter took the field as the recipient of this year’s Roberto Clemente Award for outstanding community service and humanitarian work.

Major League Baseball paid tribute to the spirit of community service prior to Game 2, and both Keys and Jay-Z, as well as musical artist John Legend, who was tapped to sing the national anthem, fit the bill.

Legend is extremely active in philanthropy, and after reading Professor Jeffrey Sachs’ book “The End of Poverty,” Legend was inspired to visit Ghana to learn more about making life better for the people who live under the poverty line. He started the Show Me Campaign in 2007, which calls on his fans to help him in his initiative for those who reside in Bossaso Village and non-profit organizations that the campaign partners with.

Meanwhile, Keys is the co-founder and Global Ambassador of Keep a Child Alive, a non-profit organization that provides medicine to families with HIV and AIDS in Africa. Jay-Z, along with Sean “Diddy” Combs, pledged a million dollars to the American Red Cross’ relief effort after Hurricane Katrina, and has used his world tours to raise awareness of and combat global water shortage.

The ceremonial first pitch was thrown out by former Yankees outfielder Paul O’Neill, a member of five New York World Series teams between 1996-2001.

Why is the mother, the wife and family of my 13-year old son's deceased father treating me and him so bad?

I am too depressed to even pray. Last month Calvin the love of my life was murdered at age 30. I’m 28 years old. Calvin and I started dating when I was 13 and he was 15. Calvin’s mother always hated me and my parents hated Calvin but no one could ever tell me to leave him alone because I was so in love with him. When I was 15, I gave birth to our son Calvin Jr. Calvin and I broke up two years after our son was born but we never got over each other. All of a sudden, Calvin started dating this girl named Erica; she’s about my age. Barely a year later, they got married. Why anyone would get married so young is beyond me but whateva. A year after Calvin and Erica got married, they had a son together. He’s 9 years old now. Through it all, Calvin and I were still sleeping together. Yes, I was wrong for not giving a second thought to Erica and her marriage to Calvin for my own selfish reasons. I admit that. In February of last year, Erica got fed up with the fact that Calvin was still sleeping with me, so she kicked him out but they didn’t divorce. My stupid delusional A S S thought that was going to be our chance to get back together, but no. Calvin started dating this girl named Latisha the summer of that same year.

But he was still sleeping with me and Erica(despite their separation). Also, that SAME summer, I had given birth to my daughter in August 2008. In addition to being with Calvin, I was dating this guy named Derek for a while. Erica was the one who told Derek that I was still with Calvin, so Derek broke up with me and demanded a DNA test for my daughter. The DNA test proved she was Derek’s baby even though she easily could have been Calvin’s. I felt bad about that. While Calvin was dating Latisha, I was hoping he would want to be with me. One thing about Calvin that was bad was the physical abuse. He hit me a lot and I’m sure he did the same to Erica and Latisha. Erica was hoping he would want to give their marriage another chance. But in May, Calvin officially broke it off with me and decided that he wants to be with Latisha and he’s going to divorce Erica. It broke my heart. This past August, Calvin got shot and killed. My world fell apart and our 13-year old son was devastated.

At the funeral, I was totally neglected. Erica and Latisha went out their way to comfort each other but they acted like I had no right to be there. Latisha is six months pregnant with Calvin’s baby, by the way. And Calvin’s evil witch mother comforted Erica and Latisha; she was so full of preciousness with them. I cried harder and louder than everyone at the funeral but it wasn’t phony. I loved Calvin. But his mother threatened to have me kicked out if I didn’t stop "exxagerrating". She said this right in front of my son…HER FIRST GRANDSON. It’s been a month since Calvin died and no one in Calvin’s family even bothered to reach out to my son. God bless the dead but obviously his so-called Christian mother didn’t raise him right if he grew up to abuse and cheat on women. I’m doing my best to comfort my little man as well as deal with my own pain. Calvin’s mother is always there for the son Calvin has with Erica and she’s supporting Latisha through her pregnancy. But she’s taking her hatred for me out on Calvin Jr. and it’s not fair. My son does not deserve this. What should I do?

[Tears)….This is so Sad. If my BF family did me that way I wouldn’t know what to do. But I think you should talk to someone in his whether its an aunt, uncle, cousin, brother, etc. to see whats going on. Im pretty sure his whole entire family doesn’t like you. Ask them what going on/ why are they acting like that towards you?

If you need help financially take them to court. Somebody gon have to pay(his momma more than likely).

Have your son tried calling to talk to them himself…that should help. And if not:

You’re right your son dosen’t deserve that…he deserves better.

This calvin dude was a pimp he had 3 women at the same time.
Why didn’t you brake it off with this man when he married the other one. ?
I feel sorry for your son but he is suffering from what you and his father did. Why didn’t you move on when he did.

News Ticker: Robert Plant, Jay-Z, Live Nation, Eric Clapton …

Robert Plant is in talks to perform at Glastonbury. “There’s place for me there, but I have no idea who with,” he told the BBC , thereby igniting the hopes of millions of Led Zeppelin fans itching for another reunion show.

Jay-Z, the man who bragged he “made the Yankee hat more famous than a Yankee can” will perform that very song, “Empire State of Mind,” with Alicia Keys at tomorrow night’s Game One of the World Series between the Yankees and the Phillies. Tomorrow Live Nation is hosting a promotion where fans can attend special meet-and-greets with bands including Anvil, Mastodon, Taking Back Sunday and the Used at the clubs they’ll be playing in cities including Boston, Denver, Atlanta and Indianapolis. More info at Live Nation’s site . Eric Clapton has been forced to withdraw from Friday’s historic Rock and Roll Hall of Fame anniversary concert at Madison Square Garden because he requires surgery to remove gallstones, Reuters reports .

Plant is such a jerk. He does not want to tour with Led Zep, yet he has always teased the audience with ambigous statements over the years (like this one). I think he gets a charge out of teasing us.

AND DON’T BUY HIS SOLO RECORDS. If he won’t be nice enough to do one Zep tour, then skip his concerts (boring solo now anyways) and leave his CD’s in the bins!

Wow, more rumours of a Zep reunion? everytime i gets always not true yet everytime i get myself so worked up and excited…i really hope they do. im in Maryland and would take the drive to CT in a heartbeat to see this…even plant WITHOUT kauss so he would do some good zep material i would check out…and mabe plant and page would be cool also… but LED ZEPPELIN would be the GREATEST

Is there a similarity in the game of Agassi and Hewitt?

They are both baseliners what do you think?

My guess is, there should be similarities between many players. But the differences are in the approach and attitude that they bring in to the game.

For example all Left-handers prefer to play one type of shot and all Right-handers an exactly opposite.

If Agassi was branded as a baseliner and so is Hewitt then they should play their shots from that location and hence all possibilities of similiraty in playing shots and taking volleys. Therefore, no wonder in that. The wonder is the guts to perform, the stamina to withhold the nerves, tactical thinking, and power of expression. Above all the attitude towards the game and not yielding to pressures that make one look great and another less comparable.

Harihara S | Aug 29, 2007

Yes their games are very similar. Both have good return of serves. Both have decent serves, both can volley at the net when they need to (although I think Agassi is better than Hewitt). They are both grinders although I think Hewitt probably has more heart than Agassi. Both are well conditioned. Both have been #1 in men’s tennis.

With that said, I think Agassi is more talented than Hewitt and thus more successful. I don’t believe Hewitt will win another grand slam event. But he’s a competitor, so as long as he thinks he can still win; he will continue to compete.

atul | Aug 29, 2007

They have a lot of similarities but also some differences as well.

They are similar in that they are both average sized guys (5′10"-5′11"), they are both baseliners, they are both very consistent of both wings, they both have a two handed backhand, neither one of them has a knockout punch serve but they both tend to hold serve easily, they are both outstanding returners of serve (especially Agassi), neither one of them is known for their great net play but they both have underrated volleys, both have some of the best overhead smashes, they both have lots of endurance (more than most baseline players), they both have excellent passing shots and lobs, and neither one of them ever beats themself in a match.

They are different in that:

Agassi is more of a dictating baseline player
Hewitt is more of a counterpuncher
Agassi has more powerful groundstrokes
Hewitt is faster and moves around the court easier
Agassi is more likely to go for winners
Hewitt is more likely to force errors
Agassi is more composed and collected during matches
Hewitt is much more vocal and emotional
